The two-year Kerry Graduate Programme gives our Early Careers employees hands-on experience and the opportunity to work in a highly diverse and global team.

1. Apply Online
Once you have done your research on Kerry and have decided on the programme(s) that interests you, then you will be able to complete your application online. You will need to ensure that you attach your most relevant CV with:

• any relevant internship / work experience
• answers to our motivational questions on your reasons to join Kerry

2. Online Aptitude Assessments
You will be required to complete a selection online aptitude tests. These may consist of a combination of the following:
• Verbal Reasoning
• Numerical Reasoning
• Inductive Reasoning
3. Recruiter Screening
If you successfully pass the online aptitude stage, you will be either telephone / video screened by our Graduate Recruitment Team. These interviews last approximately 20-30 minutes, and this will impact on whether you proceed to the final stage. Please ensure that you are settled in a quiet place, in advance of the interview, so you can put your best foot forward in representing your achievements and what you can bring to Kerry.
4. Case Study Presentation & Final Interview
You will be invited to a face-to-face interview with a Graduate Recruiter and with a panel of Senior Managers and you will also be asked to complete an Occupational Personality Questionnaire which consists of a series of questions that look at different elements of your cognitive, emotional, social traits.
You will be presented with a case study in advance of the interview and asked to present back on certain questions / topics. This is the fairest way to assess early career / graduate candidates, allowing those who do not have relevant experience to demonstrate their potential. Usually our candidates comment on how it also helps them to gain a further insight into what it would be like to work with Kerry!
Yes, all parts of the recruitment process, including the interview, will be conducted in English.
You will be based in the country to which you apply and where you are eligible to work; but depending on business needs, you may be asked to take up assignments / projects in other countries. Kerry actively encourages global mobility in our graduates and many of our graduates go on to work in other Kerry locations and regions after they complete the programme.

The majority of our graduates will join us between June to September. However, start dates may vary between countries, depending on graduation dates, business requirements, and your availability to commence work with us.
You can only apply once in each application year. If you were unsuccessful, you are welcome to apply again in the year following your graduation.
We work in partnership with certain Universities in offering internships. Internship opportunities are advertised through University Career Services and are looked after by the HR teams at Kerry offices / sites.
